Christina Rumbley-Stratton is a multifaceted entrepreneur who transitioned from a successful music career in 2005 to become a prominent figure in the spa and wellness industry. After moving to Asheville, NC, in 2006, Christina opened her first spa, Spatheology, a renowned location in the heart of downtown Asheville. Christina also co-founded Innovative Spa Management, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the spa industry through intuitive conceptual design, world-class branding, and delivering operational excellence. Additionally, she created the luxury skincare line Privai, known for its high-quality, botanically based products found in over 90 locations across the USA. Expanding her influence further, Christina owns Raven Spa, an eclectic Thai-infused healing bodywork oasis with two locations in California, offering holistic treatments inspired by global traditions. Her diverse ventures reflect her passion for wellness and innovation. Christina Stratton sold ISM and Privai to WTS International (now known as Arch Amenity Group) and serves as the Chief Experience Officer. Christina’s passion and heart-driven leadership style continue to fuel her commitment to consulting and branding spas globally with an unsurpassed entrepreneurial spirit and grit.

Nicole is passionate about supporting local artists and communities, often integrating their work into the spa’s offerings and events. Laila has been a licensed esthetician in the USA since 2012. She attended school in Los Angeles, California, where she completed 900 hours of training in esthetics at Cerritos College. After graduation, Laila began her career at a luxury spa in Long Beach. Upon relocating to North Carolina, she worked at High Hamptons and Chattooga country clubs, where she received extensive training in luxury skincare brands and advanced treatments, including dermaplaning, advanced peels, microcurrent, microneedling, and radio frequency. Since 2018, Laila has been an esthetician at Spa Theology, where she also received training as a job coach in 2020. She is passionate about providing the best services to spa guests, ensuring they look and feel their best. Laila customizes her treatments to meet the specific needs of each client. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, dancing, and listening to music, especially classical and jazz.

I am very passionate about providing people with a healing touch to help rejuvenate their mind, body, and spirit. My approach to massage is heavily influenced by intuition, while also backed by my knowledge of the body. My styles range from slow, free-flow, Reiki-influenced Swedish, Deep tissue, Trigger point therapy, Therapeutic stretching, Myofascial release, and Neuromuscular techniques. Faith Taylor is a North Carolina native, born and raised in Asheville, where the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains continues to inspire her daily life. When she’s not in the studio, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two Golden Retrievers and her senior Chihuahua.

Faith’s journey into esthetics began during her pre-dermatology studies in college, where she discovered a deep passion for skincare and skin health. She loves helping clients feel confident, comfortable, and radiant in their own skin, and is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space for everyone in her chair.
