How To SPA

Cancellation & Rescheduling | We request 24 hours advance notice to avoid being charged the full amount of service.

Arrival | We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check-in and begin your relaxation. Late arrivals will result in abbreviated service.

Gratuity | We recommend adding 20% gratuity to your spa services. Additional gratuity may be added for exceptional service.

Medical Conditions | We respect the health of our guests. We ask that you inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, medication, or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated.

For your comfort | Please leave your valuables at home and dress comfortably.

For the comfort of others | Please turn off or silence your cell phones and other electronic devices.

 

COVID RESPONSE & SANITATION

*MASKS ARE OPTIONAL– Guests and team members may choose to wear a mask if they prefer. If you would prefer your provider to wear a mask during your spa service, please inform the Spa Concierge. We will continue to monitor each city/state’s guidelines and ordinances in compliance with OSHA and the CDC. Subject to change without notice.

*BOOKING APPOINTMENTS– All guests will be required to answer a series of symptom questionnaires upon booking the spa services and will be required to sign an electronic waiver each time they visit the spa.

*SANITIZED– All areas will be thoroughly disinfected before and after each spa service and high contact areas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout the day. The medical-grade sanitizer will be available for all guests and team members. The spa disinfectants are EPA approved and certified.

*PAYMENTS– Contactless payment POS system and sanitized CC machine will be used.
